Welcome to Park Kashmir Tours! By booking a trip with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These guidelines are designed to ensure clarity, transparency, and a smooth travel experience.

1. Booking & Payments

• All bookings must be confirmed with an advance payment, the amount of which will be specified at the time of reservation.
• The remaining balance must be cleared before the start of the journey, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Prices are quoted in INR (₹) unless specified otherwise.

2. Inclusions & Exclusions

• The services included in your package (accommodation, transport, meals, activities, etc.) will be clearly mentioned at the time of booking.
• Any personal expenses, tips, extra meals, or services not listed as inclusions will be borne by the traveler.

3. Amendments & Cancellations

• Any change in travel dates, itinerary, or accommodation is subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
• Cancellations will be governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Travel Documents & Responsibility

• Guests are responsible for carrying valid ID proofs, travel permits, and any documents required for the trip.
• Park Kashmir Tours will not be liable for delays or denial of services arising from incomplete/invalid documentation.

5. Health & Safety

• Travelers are expected to disclose any medical conditions or special needs at the time of booking.
• Adventure activities (trekking, rafting, skiing, etc.) involve inherent risks. Participation is voluntary and at the traveler’s own responsibility.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• Park Kashmir Tours acts as an organizer and works with hotels, transport providers, and activity operators. We are not liable for delays, accidents, losses, or damages caused by third-party service providers or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, government restrictions).

7. Code of Conduct

• Guests are expected to respect local culture, traditions, and the environment.
• Any misconduct, illegal activity, or damage caused by the traveler will lead to immediate termination of services without refund.

8. Jurisdiction

• All disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, India.
