Refund Policy – Park Kashmir Tours

At Park Kashmir Tours, we value the trust you place in us when planning your journey. While we strive to deliver smooth travel experiences, we also recognize that unforeseen changes can arise. Our refund policy ensures clarity and fairness for all bookings.

1. Cancellation by Traveler

• 15 days or more before the trip start date: Guests are eligible for a refund of the package cost, after deducting any non-recoverable expenses such as airline, train, or transport cancellation charges.
• Between 7–14 days prior to departure: 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
• Less than 7 days before travel: Unfortunately, no refund can be offered.

2. No-Show Policy

If a traveler does not join the trip on the scheduled date without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show and the full amount will be forfeited.

3. Situations Beyond Control

In the event of natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, or other circumstances beyond our control, refunds will be handled in accordance with our service partners’ policies and may vary from case to case.

4. Group and Customized Bookings

Special itineraries, group bookings, or tailor-made packages may involve advance payments or non-refundable components. Refund eligibility in such cases will depend on the terms discussed and confirmed at the time of booking.

5. Refund Processing

Once approved, refunds are generally released within 7–14 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
